French Payroll Consultant

As part of its activities, the Timsoft group supports clients in France in the maintenance of their HR administrative management system (Payroll Management). The current position aims to strengthen the team working on behalf of these customers in close collaboration with Timsoft consultants based in France.

We are looking for a confirmed Payroll Management Consultant

Job description:

The Payroll Consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Communicating with Timsoft’s customers and the Timsoft team of consultants in France
• Discussing with customers their needs, clarifying the needs and expressing them in a way that addresses their requests
• Exchange with customers to validate the interventions carried out
• Work closely with the payroll technicians to carry out the interventions requested by the customers
• Analyse the client’s requests in order to transpose them into the payroll management software
• Documenting the requirements in the form of specifications for the technical services of configuration and development
• Preparing test plans and validating test implementation
• Accompanying the client through all phases of the implementation of new functionalities

Profile requirements:

• Skills in French Payroll management (essential)
• Ability to communicate in French (Oral + Written) with clients in France
• Skills in the use of an ERP or a payroll management system.
• Asset – Knowledge of CEGID ERPs
• Skills in functional analysis in an IT project context.
• Ability to learn quickly and train clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a team and remotely
